need to loose a stone and a half

Hi I'm new to this site, I lost almost 3 stone 2 years ago and I've lost my way and have regained a stone and feel guilty and upset with myself, I didn't go to a slimming world group but my friend did and she was able to help me follow slimming world, I need to get back on it but struggle to find easy snacks and eat something other than toast for breakfast, don't like porridge and only cereal I like is crunchy nut which I don't think is particularly the best, need some inspiration, any advice much welcomed :) thank you
 
Hey Tracey - welcome! I'm not currently following slimming world, as I have a deadline for losing weight which is fast looming! I did lose around 2 stone on it some years ago. Prob over a 6 month period, although I hardly noticed the time as it wasn't a chore and became a way of life. If you have any questions I'd be happy to help, I use slimming world just to eat healthy when not dieting and feel like I know it inside out haha. I only got fat again cause I became a victim of convenience, take aways etc, and because I shyed away from the scales for so long, it creeps on you! x
 
Hi Tracey! I'm new too - just started SW last week, agree finding breakfasts is difficult esp as I don't really have time to eat or spend ages preparing food in the mornings before work. Have you tried the overnight oats? There's porridge oats in it but you don't really taste them once they've absorbed the yoghurt - I used flavoured fat free yog to make it night before and chuck in a chopped apple along with the mixed berries (I use frozen) It tastes really indulgent but is syn free if you count the oats as your HEXB. Fruit and fibre cereal is also free as a HEXB I think? Interested to hear if anyone else has ideas?
