Hey just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully join in here
My name is sophie and I'm currently trying to loose some weight and live a more healthy lifestyle. After having 2 children I found myself at 17.1 stone, really didn't feel comfortable in myself and decided things needed to change. So far I've lost 5 stone and at 5'8 weigh 12 stone, being a single mum to a 1 and 5 year old it's pretty impossible to get to a gym so I'm spending about 2 hours a day split into two excersizing at home (usually with a baby crawling all over me ) and walking. I've been using protein world slender blend for 2 weeks, one shake twice a day and a small healthy meal for dinner under 500 cals and have managed to drop 10lbs since starting which I'm pleased with. I'm also trying out bootea which I'm finding great with some not so great side effects anyway my next goal is 11.11 stone which will put me in the 'healthy bmi' and my end goal is around 10 stone.
I'm really looking forward to joining in here it seems like a really great place
