Hi all- I'm Amantha. I joined the site after realizing that I just can't do this alone anymore. I'm 52 and have been in menopause for 3 years. It seems that the second I hit menopause all of a sudden I started gaining weight at an alarming rate. I am CONSTANTLY thinking about food even to the point where it wakes me up at night. I weigh 170lbs and have gained 30lbs in the last three years. Even at 140lbs it wasn't my ideal weight but now it just has been downright depressing. Hopefully I can figure out some way to stop this from getting more out of control than it already is. I look forward to getting to know everyone!
 
Welcome to the forum, what weight loss plan are you following?
 
Actually none. I was going to try Weight Watchers online but really not sure what the best plan is.
