    New Members Guided Tour Of MiniMins!!!

    Guys can someone please help me out. I've been dieting for a few weeks now eating really well and exercising and I've been loosing. Last night I went to a leaving do and completely had a blow out and now I feel awful. Loads of wine, pizza, crisps and choc the problem is when I've had a drink I have no control. I'm desperate to get back on it but feel really deflated now and daren't weight myself next few days. Can someone please tell me I'm not alone lol xxx
