    Newbie - CD Day 2

    Hello.

I'm a newbie who has just started the Cambridge Diet and I have loads of weight to lose.

Disabled with a condition called transverse myelitis, I am unable to walk unaided. If I am to regain any mobility at all it is imperative that I lose this weight once and for all.

I've already started shooting my 'before' pictures and hope to be as successful as others in the gallery.

    Good luck to all!

Hi hun, good luck with your CD journey. You can't find a better incentive than losing the weight than for your health. I'm sure you'll do great, just remember to keep glugging that water!

    Hey Elektra,
i have a friend who also struggles with walking. I'm not sure about your condition, but if your arms have enough strength, you could do the exercises she was recommended.

She uses hand weights and sitting in a chair, moves her arms away from the body and in height with the shoulders. Reps of 10 - 15, three times with a short break in between. She has lost half a stone so far.
    Good Luck
