anyone know what the cd diet is and does it cost loads as on benifits and some diets i cant afford

Current Weight: 219lb

Statistics:
Total Weight Loss: 14lb
Weight to Lose: 72lb
% Lost 6.01%
the cd diet is the cambridge diet, there is a sub forum on here where ya will find a lot of people who are doin the diet

its 3 meal replacement shakes/ soups a day n water - nothing else, the results r fab, but unfortunatly i found it too difficult to stick to

its around £37 for a weeks supply
