My Mood:  Rep Power: 26  Diet: Slimming world Start Weight: 233lb Current Weight: 219lb Goal Weight: 147lb Goal Date: July 2010 Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 14lb Weight to Lose: 72lb % Lost 6.01% | the cd diet is the cambridge diet, there is a sub forum on here where ya will find a lot of people who are doin the diet its 3 meal replacement shakes/ soups a day n water - nothing else, the results r fab, but unfortunatly i found it too difficult to stick to its around £37 for a weeks supply xxx
