    Hi!!

    Hello there,
    Im just starting week4 of lipotrim, feeling a little down as i thought id have lost alot more by now but hey, im stickig with it for another week at least!!
    w1 - 6.5lb
    w2 - 3.5lb
    w3 - 2.5lb
    looking forward to talking toyou more in the forums

    Welcome to the forums! And don't be sad at all, any loss is an achievement! Like I'm on LighterLife at the moment, on my Week 2 of redoing it, I lost 2lb, and I'm still proud. We can't all do 6lb a week, even 4 is a big ask!

    welcome, and well done on the losses so far!
    you are all set to lose 1 stone in your first 4 weeks, and that is the average that a VLCD like LT, LL or CD says you should lose!

    keep up the good work!
    Lost around 4.5 stone on LL,
    now maintaining & following a strict protein diet combined
    with weight training and cardio 5 times a week.
