    Hi all,
    Just to tell you I technically started yesterday on a DD, ate today and will do another DD tomorrow. I am going to try this for a week or two to see how I get on with it.
    Can you eat what you want on an UD? Even fattening things? I did have fattening Chinese today although not that much of it but still hoaching in cals I'm sure but just salad and small bp at lunch.

    Yes apparently you can eat anything on an ud, nothing is restricted, just don't go too mad lol. I try and stay with healthy options on an ud, with some treats

    Either copy and paste it from one of ours, or going into the advanced section on edit your sig and get it from the more smilies list, it's in the top main section of them We've adopted it as our mascot! Thought it was rather apt
