Hi all, on a dd today but fed up with CD so ate:
Do you think this seems ok or is it too much? Will jsut stick to CD next dd so that I know.
- CD porridge (roughly 140 cals)
- 2 cereal bars 160
- stirfry veg no oil 80
- chicken drumstick ?
- 5 king prawns ?

From what I have seen on here you dont have to have CD on DD only. You can eat food. Well I have been. I think that is fine but see what the others say too

Yes I tend to break it up into 5, so 100 cals max each time. If you plan right for the day there is lots you can have. Get some sugar free jelly, as it's only 32 cals a pint and great for an evening snackI have some every dd
