    Start Date: 24/2/11
    Start Weight: 13st6lb
    Current Weight: 13st3lb
    Goal Weight: 8st10lb
    Goal Date: a lb a week will do me


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 35.5
    Current BMI: 35
    Goal BMI: 23


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st3lb
    Weight to Lose: 4st7lb
    % Lost 1.6%

    Question what do you do if you break diet?

    Does anyone know what happens if you cheat on a dd? or if you are invited to dinner 2 days in a row? Do you just start again with a dd followed by an ud?

    BMI Information:
    Broxi... I posted on your other thread about how I intend to deal with it, ie mixing my days up a little so that I can have an UD when I should really be having a DD...

    I would suggest that it is exactly the same... just have a DD after your 2 UDs, and resume the cycle

    BMI Information:
    Yes I know some people only have 3 dd's a week (Mon, Weds, Fri) so they can have the weekend as up days. Still lose, just maybe not quite as much if you stuck to alternate days. But 2 up days in a row now and again can't hurt, as long as you get straight back on with a dd to follow.
