Yes I must admit after not sticking to juddd properly over Christmas my pmt came back, not as bad as usual but did have some! Before on juddd it had gone completely! proof to me that juddd does help a great deal with pmt, so back on juddd enough reason in itself without even thinking about weight loss!!!
