Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 0lb Weight to Lose: 28lb % Lost 0% | On for motivation :) Hi Guys Glad to see most of you still here!! Alhough I have not been online alot, I am still following juddd!! Put on weight over my holiday and Xmas and new year!! 1st week back on it lost 4 pound and stayed the same this week!! I woke up today which is a DD and feel as if I could have a HUGE pig out and actually thought to myself .. I can start again tomorroww!!I had an UD on Monday and yesterday had a MD (needed to swap my days about) but turned into an UD!! So instead of grabbing for the food i grabbed the laptop I am so glad you guys are here and I will be making more of an effort to come on and log my food in my diary to try and get my head in the right place!!Sorry for rambling on but it has stopped me from eating!! Im just going to gulp down some water and try keep myself busy!! Love to you all

I was like that 2 days on the trot. I wanted (not needed) carbs badly. I logged on here and everyone was so lovely and when I looked again at the clock, it was bed time.
