I have no problems sticking to it on the days I'm not working. My main question is do you have to alternate up days and down days for the diet to work? Or could you do three up days followed by four down days? Also, from knowing what I'm comfortable with I would limit my carbs on up days. Is that okay to do? Thank you for any help you can offer. ![]() Ali |

The alternate day diet does work and it's quite easy to stick to once you get into the swing of it. Good luck xxx |

Usually on down days after an up day you can usually skip breakfast and have a late lunch which makes the day so much easier. |
