    Morning all,

    How we all doing today? I'm just about to go off on the school run, was nice to have a week off but be nice to get back to normal. Major house clean in order today me thinks!!!

    Restart 1/1/11 - I WILL do it this time, I know I can and i know my plan works, just keeping the weight off was the problem, grrrr
