Hi, I'm doing Cambridge at the moment and I'm looking at ways to maintain my weight loss once I get to my target. I had originally decided I was going to do Slimming World to try and maintain my loss, but a friend told me about JUDDD.
I've had a look on the website and it looks good to me, but I'd really like honest opinions of people who are doing the diet, would you recommend it for maintainance?
Any comments positive or negative are appreciated as finding the right plan for maintainance is very important to me.

Apparently all her family and friends eat less every other day, it's so ingrained into them, they don't even think of it as a diet. It's just a way of life for the chic Parisians.
and good luck maintaining which ever plan you end up picking.
