Hi JUDDDDers. Thought I'd start a weigh-in thread as well to keep track of my losses.
It's the end of my second week back on track and I've lost 5lbs in total (4 last week and one this week).
I was pleased to lose the pound as I only managed to have 2 down days this week.
Hoping to break through the half stone barrier next week![]()
