Going to give this diet a try

Hi everyone, i started on lipotrim (disgusting shakes) and then went onto dietimeal shakes and low carb meal. I've decided to give this one a try as i'm getting fed up of depriving myself for days on end, been there and got the t shirt from being annorexic years ago and i'm finding it very hard to stick to it, i think it's cause my body and mind is telling me it's not good for me lol.

This diet seems ideal, eating normally one day and having my protein shakes and low carb/low cal meal the next day.

As i'm on the forum throughout the day i look forward to chatting to you all

Hello sparklebug, good to see you here!

I have been on JUDDD for little over a week now and I feel good with it. I am having a DD today and although I only had one DD so far when I really struggled it is always good to know that I can eat on an UD (means tomorrow *yay*). I am not having low carb meals and shakes mind you. I stick to vegetables, soup and chicken on a DD. I think a shake would not satisfy me and I'd feel hungry all day. But if you can work with them, that's brilliant.

I wish you good luck and success with JUDDD! And if you need motivation or even a rant, we're here for you!

    hi sparklebug

I have been on JUDDD for a few weeks now and lost 9pounds. this diet put my plateau into shock mode and I am loving it so far. Had a big blow out last night but trying to put that behind me lol. having a down day today like eilean and so far only had 89 cals with half a tin of soup. gonna try and stave off today and maybe allow myself to have a packet of snack a jacks with a cuppa shortly. I know I can eat normally again tomorrow. looking forward to my crumpets in the morning yumm yumm. best of luck with it xx

    Hi Sparkle,

Welcome to juddd, I first tried this diet back in September and lost quite a bit with it. Since then unfortuantely due to personnal probs this year and moving house, I came off the wagon for a bit So back on it now and loving it again. The plan really suits me and I know I can get good results on it, plus it doesn't feel like you are on a diet and depriving yourself for weeks on end, as anything you want you can have (in moderation of course lol) on an UD, and an UD is only a day away lol! Plus you usually find if you do crave something on a DD, by the next day you find you don't want it at all.

Keep us posted and if you have any questions just shout x

I wish I had found this diet when I first started dieting. I did a very low cal of about 1000 calories a day and only lost a pound a week on average, it was slowly but surely for me, then I plateaued and then I found JUDDD (cue choir singers "HALLELLULA") lol, and you can see by my signature I have done pretty well on it so far, touch wood and everything else

Yes I found juddd when I plateaued on slimfast, that's the good thing about juddd because you are having alternate days your body doesn't get used to the same calorie intake every day which in time slows your metabolism down. With juddd that doesn't happen
