    Jigsaw/Unit Diet

    Good Morning all...

I just wondered if anyone is following this diet at the moment? There is not much about it on the internet, I noticed some old posts from 2007/2008. I did however manage to download a book from the internet last night. The complete Unit Diet 2008, am starting it today! The first phase (lasting 2 weeks) is a fast track and you can loose up to 10lbs....Wouldn't we all love that girls!!!

Well if anyone else is on it drop me a line, would love to compare weight loss food diaries etc

    Diet: all of them

    jigsaw diet

I keep logging on to see if anyone is still doing this diet. I thought it was going to be really popular but the website never quite got off the ground. I think another company bought it off the original owner and they disappeared sometime last year. I have still got all my books and I'll give it another go if you are keen. We could start it all off again!!

hello , im also a fan of the jigsaw diet and cant understand why it just seems to have dissapeared .
Its so nice to find a recent thread with a couple of like minded people on .
ive lost 3st in the last year by calorie counting , I still have 1 1/2st to go , been struggling a bit lately so i dug out my old jigsaw diet and have started that again today , I was quite successfull on it last time , so fingers crossed that i can shift that last bit of weight using this .

    Jigsaw / Unit diet

I have started this plan recently because I had the books I sent for in 2007. I also downloaded the food directory for £3.99 from Lulu.com a couple of weeks ago. I can see that this is going to be a good plan to be on when I get used to it. I am now looking forward to reading posts on here! Glad to see that others are giving it a try. I just wish soemone would restart the company.
    Good luck everyone!

    Hi,
I am toying with the idea of restarting Jigsaw, as I have all the info from when I did it last time, so It would be great to support each other.
I wish Jigsaw would start up again too.
    Good luck

    Ex Jigsaw people wanted

Let's hope other ex Jiggers read these posts because that would be the only way they will start doing Jigsaw again. It has gone out of business (worse luck) now. It certainly is a people friendly plan and I for one will be sticking to it in the near future. I think providing you watch the free food portion sizes it works really well.

HI everyone I'm also a follower of the Unit Diet and have started again recently.

Sad it's closed down as I always felt it was a good diet. Wonder what happened? There is plenty of choice with the diet and it's easy to fit into your lifestyle.

Now doing WW Propoints since 27 Jan 2012.

I am toying with the idea of the jigsaw diet. I am back and forth between weight watchers and slimming world but this diet has the best of both. Wish someone would get it back running again.
