    Good luck!! Im going shopping today for carrots (to make carrot sticks) low fat dip, ryvita crackerbreads and low fat spreadable cheese. I'll just graze all day I think. Theres no way I can go all day with nothing then have a small meal. I think thats where I failed yesterday

    Lunch: 2 x ryvita crackerbreads with primula light, tomato and spring onion

    And later I plan to have
    Dinner: Jacket potato, tsp extra light garlic and herb soft cheese and 0.5 tin tesco value beans

    Total - 483 cals

    Take THAT DD heh heh!!

    Try and have your first meal/shake as late in the day as you can, i find that really helps

    Urrgh sorry. I couldnt stick to this diet. It was just too hard I restarted weight watchers on Monday and have already lost 5lbs so far. I need my 3 meals a day everyday!

    Well WW obv works for u so id stick at it! 5lb is amazin. well done. Id luv to b able to stick to WW cus its probably the healthiest option but i cant stand the planning involved. Like to make spur of the moment decisions bout wat 2 eat. With juddd can do that 3/4 times a week so hopefully thatl see me through. Good luck with WW!!

    Thanks I just do my planning the night before my food shop so its really easy. 9lbs down so far this week lets hope my body isnt tricking me and will make me gain 5lbs before tomorrow mornings weigh in, just for a laugh
