Question Anyone here still doing JUDDD?

Hello guys and gals! I've started JUDDD today and have been reading this forum for a while but it seems to have gone very quiet recently. Is anyone still doing JUDDD? If so, anyone up for a weekly weigh in, for a month, to motivate each other and share ideas and help each other through those 'OMG i want to eat two double whooper moments?'

I've not started fully yet been doing slimming world but about to start this.. If you google Johnson up day down day diet his website has all the information and a calculator to calculate down day calories.. It's supposed to work great and as I get closer to goal my weight loss slows down and this way is supposed to still shave off 2lbs atleast a week so I see no harm in giving it a go.. It also has slot of health benefits.. Hun if you're looking for a change google it and see if it sounds ok x

LOL!! Your oh sounds so similar to mine. Hun google johnson updaydownday diet and there's a calculator etc on his site so i would say you dont really need the book. I havent got it and have gathered all information from websites. The first two weeks it says to keep calories at a maximum of 500 a day on the down days, but some are lower and have them in the form of meal replacement shakes. I was supposed to start today but ended up going for a 10 mile walk with OH so tomorrow it is. I think if i sold all my diet books i would make enough for a holiday! lol x

On a dd do you eat tiny bits continuously or eat the 500 cals in one or two lots?

I'm going to wait until way late in the day before I eat anything.. And have it in two or three lots. I read somewhere that it was eating that started the hunger cycle so I'm going to see if eating later in the day makes it easier. Everyone's different though and I know some people eat a little and often. I'm definetly starting today.. Going to have a protein shake around six and another around 10 and that's probably going to be my lot

Smile Any men out there doing JUDDD?

I came across this diet while searching the Internet for articles about fasting and whether or not there were any medically sound reasons and/or ways to fast.

If you're waiting to start this diet......don't. Start today. You won't be sorry.

I love the tickers folks are using on here. I just created my own and realized I am about 1/3 of the way to my goal.

You will have days where you make a mistake. Fortunately this diet
lifestyle change is very forgiving and you will start making progress again as soon as you get back into your groove.
