Yes support eachother is great, it's easier to do if you're not the only one! Used to be quite a few juddders on here, but not at the mo

So I start tomorrow, will be doing it with protein shakes.. I can't wait to be honest. Want to wear a bikini for my holiday in June and feel comfortable in it.. So I will be updating on progress and weight losses. I will succeed. It makes so much sense to me.. Will combine it with a diet similar to the harcombe diet on my up days but the fact that I only have to restrict calories every other day makes soooo much sense and it'll help with saving money too lol.. So stirky how's it going for you so far and are you doing the protein shakes for the first two weeks also? X
