Minimum calories on an up day?

    hi everyone!

I intended to just eat healthy for my weight loss plan but accidently only had 500 on saturday and decided to give this a go!

i really struggled with sleeping after my first down day and i was so cold! please tell me this will ease?

Anyway my question is, how many calories do i need to eat on an up day? i had around 1500 yesterday i think but that was only because i caved in to skittles...bad call!

i hope i can stick this out, happy monday everyone!

You don't need to count calories on an up day, just eat what you want when you want. It takes a bit of getting used to but the idea is that you are just dieting every other day. So have the Skittles and enjoy them
