    Ordered my starter pack

Decided I could not face SS again so have sent off for this I have 5 stone to loose and am really hoping that this is it now for me I am desperate to find aplan I can stick to long term and for life I never want to have to loose this weight again. Anyway I wondered if the 1/2 price starter pack is enough to be going on with or do I need to get the 100 days as well? Any tips and hints would be appreciated also how do you guys manage with eating out xx

The starter packs gives you more than enough to be going on with, and of course you've got the Unit 'Oldies' like Midnight Sparkles and Karion to help you out if you need.

Good luck with your fresh start

    Hello Ksmiuk!
This is only day3 for me so am not the best qualified to answer your Questions - but i'll give it a go until someone who knows the diet better comes along. (Edited - crossed posts with DQ!! LOL)

I think the starter pack is fine for now. It'll certainly give you everything you need for the first few weeks on the diet and then you can decide if you want to buy more.

i am loving this diet and am finding it very easy to stick to. As regards to eating out, i would learn your free foods and use them to bulk out meals. If you stick to things which are low in fat they should also be lower in units. Avoid cheesy sauces etc
I have an eating out guide with my membership pack - not sure if it's available with the starter pack but if you eat out regularly it might be worth getting one.

Good luck with the diet, i think it's fab!! x

Woohoo!! another unit dieter, welcome aboard.

As everyone has already said the pack will give you pretty much everything you need to start this diet. If you eat out a lot then I would def reccomend the Eating out guide. I bought it as an e-book and it has loads of places I've listed some below. It's very handy.

    McDonalds
    Bella Italia
    Pizza Hut
    Starbucks
    Burger King
    Subway
    TGI Fridays
    Domino’s
    Harvester
    Wetherspoons
    KFC
    Wimpy

I did CD in March 06 got down to 12 stone for my wedding im 5.8 so was very happy with this, then went on honeymoon all inclusice 4 weeks came back 15 stone, and have since managed to gain another stone, I never did maintenance just shakes up till wedding, I have tried several times to get back onto SS but just cant last more than a couple of days, I also feel that I need more energy than the shakes can give me as I have a taxxing job which I need to be firing on all cylinders for. I feel like this unit diet is my last chance a new start is just what I need xx

    Hi Ksmiuk,

Hooray, another Unit dieter I was reading about JUDDDD before midnightsparkles won me over to this diet with her food diaries and weight loss, I thought it was funny how they called themselves JUDDDDERS. Today I was thinking, this diet is called The Unit Diet, so does that make us TUDERS?????

I got the starter pack and full directory. I'm tempted by the 100 days, has anyone got one? If so would you recommend it? I'm not wanting to follow set menus, but thought they might provide a bit of inspiration!

Ksmiuk if you need any help MS is the master of knowledge, but if you need anything while you wait for your pack just ask and we'll all help out!

    Love Lou xxx
