    Back from gym

    Just got back from gym, dont all fall over now, managed 45 mins on cross trainer then had a little swim and sauna followed by a jacuzzi and a coffee and i really enjoyed it!!!

    Thats great!! it sounds WAY too energetis though!! I'm nursing a rather sore head today so the most i've done is walk to the kitchen and back to the sofa!!!
