I am curious about some of the diet plans on this forum that I've never even heard of! I really like to have an understanding of as much of these types of things as possible, because I think tha it helps me, even if I don't follow the diet. I know I can look it up online, but I like to hear details from someone who actually does it-the perspective tends to be less sunshiney and more realistic. Thanks!

Hi the unit diet is one of the many i have done,depending on how much weight you have to loose you get a daily fat unit allowence,most people start with ten units they also get a free list of such as fruit and veggies and few other foods are free too.If you want to look at the web site

Wow, this is a diet I have never heard of before, and it seems quite sensible!!!!! Might try it next if calorie counting fails me again LOL
