My Mood:  Rep Power: 0  Diet: unit diet | hello, anyone there? hello, ive been doing the unit diet for 2 weeks now and ive lost 5lbs so far and have my 2nd weigh in in the morning  is anyone still doing this diet, there doesnt seem to be any recent posts  |

A large number of food and snack items are given unit values, several have zero values too, and you keep within a set number of units per day. It mostly works out as a low fat diet but is great for people who like readymade food.
