    OK....so this is it....D DAY!!

I don't know how much I weigh as i don't have any scales and can't get to the shops till later on tonight.

I was going to make that an excuse to put off the diet till Monday but I thought better of it!

I think I have some old slimfast hiding in a cupboard somewhere......if not I'll have to postpone that till later too.

I'm usually quite good at going without during the day, but early days might be difficult, I'm up for the challenge though and ready to give it a go.

I'll keep you posted when I find out my weight and let you know how my day has been.

    Wish me luck!

Me too. I always find diet fizzy drinks keep me going and I save alot of my calories for night time.
Keep focused and think of tomorrow if you need to.

Tea keeps me going....I like diet coke too. Is it ok to have a Sat night takeaway?

Def, if thats what you want. I would just try and keep close to your UD calorie allowance though if you can. During the diet i've had pizza, indian, chinese and thai....this eating plan is great

Good luck on your DD, yes nothing is restricted so have a takeaway on an up day if you want, just don't go too mad lol.

Well, I've made it through dday 1 and I feel good. My diet consisted of :-

    milk for tea 80 cals
    soup 104
    nimble bread 48
    slimfast 212
    1/2 banana 56

    total cals 500

I can't believe how well it's went, thought it would be more of a struggle.....and the thought of being able to eat what I want tomorrow....well, it all seems to good to be true tbh!

The only downside of today was when I bought my new scales, brought them home weighed myself and discovered I was 12 stoneI remember freaking out when I went over nine!!

At least I'm on the right track now and I think this diet is going to suit me to a tee. The support from everyone has made it easier I'm sure.

Well off to take the dog for a walk then beddy byes...nightie night folks!!

Well, this is my first UD. Just had rice krispies, I was still good though, had them with skimmed milk and Canderel.

The weird thing is, I woke up this morning and felt thinner after 1 day.

    Strange but true!!

I started on Thursday and yesterday was a UD for me - it was fantastic to be able to eat what I wanted without the guilt! My DD today is going very well. I have cuppa soups 45 cals to keep me going. Don't feel very hungry at all. Looking forward to lunch at my in-laws, I'm making my special lemon meringue pie!!!
    Well done kooky!
