OK....so this is it....D DAY!!
I don't know how much I weigh as i don't have any scales and can't get to the shops till later on tonight.
I was going to make that an excuse to put off the diet till Monday but I thought better of it!
I think I have some old slimfast hiding in a cupboard somewhere......if not I'll have to postpone that till later too.
I'm usually quite good at going without during the day, but early days might be difficult, I'm up for the challenge though and ready to give it a go.
I'll keep you posted when I find out my weight and let you know how my day has been.

I would just try and keep close to your UD calorie allowance though if you can. During the diet i've had pizza, indian, chinese and thai....this eating plan is great
