    Weigh in today and I have lost 1 and a half pounds. yipeeeeeee!!!

    Went to the chinese buffet and it was lush!! (hope I dont pay for it next weigh in though lol)

    Goal 1 - to get under 13 stone 07.05.10
    Goal 2 - to get my BMI to 29.9 22.05.10
    Goal 3 - to get to just "overweight" on the weight chart 22.05.10
    Goal 4 - get to 12 stone by 5/08/10 for my holiday
    Goal 5 - get to 11 stone 7
    Goal 6 - get to 11 stone
    Goal 7 - get to 10 stone 7 by Christmas 2010


    31/07/09 - 15 st 9lbs - started Weight Watchers
    31/08/09 - 15 st 0lbs - give up weight watchers
    16/11/09 - 15 st 0lbs - tried calorie counting myself (around 1000 cals per day)
    31/12/09 - 14 st 0lbs
    05/03/10 - 13st 4.5lbs (major plateau time!)
    29/04/10 - 13 st 3lbs - started JUDDD DIET

    Well I havent been on for so long, but I thought I would update on how I have been doing. I have still been doing the up day down day diet since I last posted. I reached my goal of getting to 12 stone for my holidays about 2 weeks before I went and managed to only put on a pound! dont know how that happened lol. but after this I seemed to have plateaued again and this plateau lasted for a couple of months before the weight started to move again. I dont know if this was a proper plateau or the fact that what I have on an up day is a little less healthy and probably eat far more calories than when I first started the diet. Today I have reached goal 5 and that is to get to 11 and a half stone! I cant beleive I am 11 stone anything!! and after sticking at 12 stone, I did go through a phase (like my first plateau) where I thought that I would never get under the 12 stone mark. I did join a gym but to be honest I havent really used it and I would say that throughout the diet, I have rarely exercised. I have just booked my skiing holiday for 29th January and would love to get to 11 stone for then, so that is my next target. I am a bit behind on my original goals (as I did want to be 10 and a half stone by xmas but as there are only a few weeks left, it is unlikely that I will lose a stone by this time lol)

    Good luck to everyone on the diet, stick at it, it really does work!
