This is my journey with JUDDD and it starts now
So i will start with a little about myself. 5 years ago i was morbidly obese, weighing in at 254lbs! It took me a little over a year to get down to 154lbs and then the weight loss stalled. Being the obsessive i was, i was not too please with this. The next two years followed a battle with anorexia and bullimia and at my lowest i weighed 90 lbs. I was thrilled, however my boyfriend and parents were not. With their love and support i overcame the problems and allowed my weight to climb back up to 170 lbs. The following year was full of ups and downs and this year i have managed to get my weight stable to 138 lbs. I am thrilled and so pleased i have done this without starvation or excessive workouts. Having lost most of my way with the atkins diet i have now decided to do JUDDD to aid my workouts as i plan on running a marathon next year. I know there will be alot of people who say you can run on atkins, and i do truly believe them, but for me i found i could not.
So today is my first day of JUDDD, and i am allowed 2252 on my up days and 451 on my down days. I am beginning this in my own little way as today i have a twelve hour shift at work. Yesterday i consumed 1900 kcal and today i am aiming for 1000 kcal which wont be so hard as i am on a night shift and even if i wanted to eat i wouldnt be able to which is great lol!
So far i have had a pitta bread for breakfast, a chicken Korma wrap for lunch and i have a healthy living pie from tesco for my dinner all totaling 995 kcal
I will write more as the days progress. My first real down day will be tuesday as i am off work and also it is a rest day from running. I plan on having protein shakes with a teaspoon of cream added for fat content as i personally find as long as i have a little bit of fat with my meals i can go on for hours and not have a crash. Anyway thats enough from me for now... See you all soon
