Fizzys juddd dance
Been off/on vlcds for a few weeks. Lost 2st last summer and stupidly regained. Struggling with doing vlcd this time so jumping ship to juddd and see if I can get similar results
Liking the sound of it for few reasons
- the ability to eat every other day
- will be encouraged to calorie count which will be useful for long term needs
-can exercise 4 times per week on up days
- I can always manage the first day on vlcd no prob, do hopeful can manage on and offs
I Intend to use slim and save packs on down days and then exante products plus healthy meal and a snack on up days. Haven't decided what to do re carbs. Need to research it more to see what is recommended
Fingers crossed!

Hi and welcome, nice to see some new faces. Your situation is very similar to mine I lost 2 stone last summer for 2 weddings but stupidly put it back on. Started Juddd in Jan of this year and was getting on great but unfortunately my Father passed away so dieting was the the last thing on my mind. Started again 6 weeks ago first 3 on Slim and save just to have a boost now back on Juddd and I love it.
I would suggest that you go to the JUDDD website to calculate your allowances, the reason this diet works and works long term is that its a Feast or Famine' type of diet, stick to your down days but enjoy your UP days and you will lose weight. I do DD on Mon, WED, and Fri every week, for me I have to be able to lose weiht in the long term not just get fed up of being afraid to go to social events and feeling guilty because I have 'eaten' so broken my diet. Juddd allows you to still enjoy your food without the guilt, just to give you an example my allowances are DD 440 cals UP 2200 cals. I am very strict on my DD but do enjoy my UP.
Good luck , enjoy x

Kinda struggling actually!!
Only got to 1000, need another 1000 and have no idea how to do this with out just eating crap!
Feel full as well, and I had toast today!!

A typical day could be cereal milk, slice of brown toast (400 cals)
Wholemeal roll with ham salad , yoghurt (350 cals)
New pots, Fish in breadcrumbs, veg (500 cals)
Fruit for snacks 100 cals
Milk for tea coffee 100 cals
Thats 1450 for a start, eating healthy doesn't always mean really low cals, you can allow yourself a treat too, thats what makes it easy to stick to in the long run, eating what you fancy
If you don't take full advantage of your up days you will feel like you are on a diet full time, this is only a part time diet, it takes a little while to get your head around it thats all

I remembered I had a graze box, do ate some of the seeds from it which was 200 cals, and a vodka and coke for 100. Got myself up to 1500, will try to increase my cals earlier next time

Today was fairly hard trying to stick to my DD total of 409. Three s&s packs was taking me to 450!
Ended up having 2 packs and a bowl of prawns with a dip!
Think I'll stick to 409 for two weeks and then increase that to 500
