I am starting the JUDDD plan tomorrow after getting all of the necessary information and advice from the lovely people in this group :)

My start weight is 14 Stone 7lbs
Im not setting a goal weight as I will stop when I feel comfortable in myself :)

My plan will go as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday- Down Days
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday- Up Days.

My calorie allowances are 424 on a DD and 2122 in general.

This plan fits in with me as I work shifts in a Hotel and I am determined to succeed whilst doing this!!

I have taken all of my measurements and will report back on inches lost too :)

Looking forward to getting started and I really think that I have finally found a plan that I can truly stick to!

Comments/advice are appreciated :D

Its good to be prepared as you are more likely to succeed and you seem well prepared to me, you will be fine, I really think the key is sticking to your DD's , I don't really count my cals on my UPs but am strict on my DD's and it works for me. When you find yourself struggling on your DD just keep telling yourself its only a day, you can eat tomorrow and have a glass of water/pop or a cup of tea/coffee it always works for me ;)

Thanks very much! My appetite is ridiculous and I don't have a 'full' button so I think it's going to take a bit for my body to adjust properly but that's exactly what I'm going to tell myself- only one day!!!
I'm going to prove my haters wrong and get this right!!!

Yep, DD for me too and I feel ready for it as I have just had 2 UP'S and an intermediate so a little bit sick of food to be honest !! Have a good one and remember the mantra," its only one day, its only one day" lol x

Wow being sick of food! Can't wait for that feeling!!! I have been telling myself 'look forward to tomorrow!' it's difficult on hot days!!!

Having a great day so far! So hot and really wanted an ice cream but keeping me going until tomorrow!!! Only managed to have my lunch fifteen minutes ago due to work and it being mad! Keeping myself hydrated and looking forward to my yummy dinner later!

This is hard but I really thought it would be a lot harder!

Well done.
I find a frozen fromage frais (those little ones) replaces a ice cream quite well. And they're only 55-62 calories.

Oooo thanks for the tip! They sound lovely! Is it those mini milks? I haven't had those for years :)

Well done Ruth, once you get your first DD under your belt it becomes easier but sounds like you are doing just great x

Thanks! I always think the first week of a new plan is always the hardest! Got to plod on for definite!!!

= 416/419 kcal

Amazing DD darling. I could learn alot from you, was thinking about using slimfast on DD's but why do that when you could eat and stay under the 500.
