So I start tomorrow, starting weight to be announced in the morning, already ashamed. Will be a DD so fingers crossed, I'm excited and knackered now so till tomorrow :)

Starting weight: 233.4lbs

UD: 2204 cals
DD: 441 cals

MWF: DD's
Saturday & Sunday ID's : 1300 cals

Are you doing 6am-6pm? Think you did that before? Are you doing complete fasting on DD?

I am starting on a DD today, but I wont be fasting completely.

Stalk away lovely CG! Yup I'm fasting till 6pm, then a light dinner and healthy food tomorrow, works better for me. Although I'm struggling already as I've been trying to talk myself into starting tomorrow which is naughty. I so need to do it now, tomorrow never comes as you know!

Ah, thought you did it that way. I am not going to fast at all, and know what that will lead to, and want to do this long term, so not looking for vlcd weight losses with it, just normal but do-able! :D

I have decided to have an UP day today, as want to start, but also want my DD mon wed fri, and if I do a DD today, I know I wont manage a DD tomorrow! Not going to go up to my full UD cals today though
 
That's an ID (intermediate day) and its fine! I eat whatever my weekly average is supposed to be on an ID although most people will have 1200-1400.

Hi Pingu6. Thanks for your comment in my diary. Good luck with your IF. I was considering doing that too. I love the flexibility of this diet. I am swopping my UD today to a DD. Hope all goes well. Have a nice day.

Thanks hun. Sooooo today was not a good day to do a fast. Starting it tomorrow as most people here have. MWF plan I like. Plus about two diff parties to go to so calling this an UD!

I'm definitely keeping my UD's to Saturday and Sunday, and only having DD's on M,W,F. Good luck! :)

Hey Lauren yes you're plan seems more sustainable so I did change mine to suit me better. I'm doing quite well I think, down probably about 600 cals, 700 left for dinner for my ID day today. Trying to drink as much water as possible, I'm starting with 2litres and will increase slowly to 3 or 3.5litres.
So as tomorrow will be a DD, I'm thinking I should stay as busy as possible so planning something outside with the kids, any ideas?

I think you should just have your UD today! Why have you chosen to start with a ID? I'm trying to reach a target of 2 litres a day for now too, I've got an app on my phone called water logged so I can keep track of what I've drunk :) my first DD is tomorrow too, and I'd love to go out for a walk with the OH and baby, but the weather here is horrible at the moment & just constant rain, so think that's out of the question. I'm planning on keeping myself busy with housework - got so much ironing to do! Along with cleaning and tidying. I'm not back in work till Wednesday cause of the jubilee, so if I struggle at all tomorrow I might have a sleep just to catch up on some & help pass the day quicker!

Sounds the same as the weather here, hasn't stopped raining unfortunately. I think it's the same tomorrow and haven't got a clue what to di with my monsters. I'm on half term as I'm a teacher so the holidays and dieting are particularly hard!

I'm a teacher too pingu. DD are so easy at work as I don't get a break. I have a feeling this half term will be make or break!
