    Ive been reading through your diary, and after your great weight loss on JUDDD I am seriously considering trying it. I am going to start next Friday, (once the cupboards are empty!!) and start on a DD. Ive read people do from 8pm-8pm, so if I did that, (silly question here) does that mean from 8pm on Thursday til 8pm on Friday I am on DD? Then 8pm on Friday til 8pm Sat is an UD? x

    Lol you'll be fine. Your first couple of DDs might be hard but just keep thinking it does get easier (and it really really does!!) x

    Thankyou! I was 12stone this time last year and I did SW and got to 10 an a half stone on that. Stopped SW and went up to 11 and I've lost 2 stone on JUDD since the 1st of October x

    I'm seriously considering JUDDD well I keep telling myself I do but I've been learning to handle my hunger first and I've kind of a plan of action. Do you do alternate days? Have you any advice for a beginner or could you please do me a rough guide to one of your typical weeks?

    I do Monday, Wed and Fri as DD and Tues,Thur,Sat and Sun as UDs.
    The first week you'll prob find DDs hard, I did but it DOES get soooo much easier (so much so that I actually look forward to them now!). At the beginning I'd eat little snacks throughout the day, but found that made me hungrier so I try to hold off as long as I can now. Tea/coffee really helps to keep hunger pangs at bay..just remember to count the milk as part of your calories. UDs I don't count calories at all, I just enjoy them. That's why I love this plan, 4 days of the week I can eat pretty much what I want without guilt, and the other 3 days I love because I know it's the DDs that do all the magic x

    Thank you! It's the first time in a long time that I've felt ok about my body. Now I just need to lose all those bruises on my legs lol. I end up with loads from work but I don't know how! X
