    SunnyRae is back into JUDDD

    Hello all let me introduce myself to you i am 23 years old i have been doing slimming world from home which so far has been really good and i have enjoyed it but i know i can not sustain it forever. Everyday has to be planned and it just gets a little boring!!! Before slimming world i cc everyday but for months i was having less than 600 a day lost a lot of weight but yet again not sustainable!
    The reason this diet really does appeal to me is that i wont have to avoid friends and families invitations for tea worried about how it will fit my plan i cam just make sure that i have a dd before and after or whatever. I worked out on the website i can have 320 cals on a down day, planning just three days a weeks a simple low cal meal is easy in my eyes after going months doing vl cc. I can't eat diet food for the rest of my life or alternatives yuk!!!
    I hope that i can get advice from all of you along the way. You all seem so positive it's lovely!!
    Thanks for reading i'll post pics of my meals as well i did that in my previous diary.
    So tomorrow or today now is my first DD i'm gonna have 350 cals and use weighing and mfp for accuracy.

    Well first day of just 350 cals i havent even drank any water yet oops :s need to get some down me but im feeling confident kinda that i can do it

    Thank u so much girls there is so much support this part of the forum!! Well so far today i have had 0 cals and i have to say i feel ok not starving. I am having an asda chicken thai curry pot for my tea at 322 cals and then maybe have a cuppa so will be under 350. I hope i can do it i know i'm coming to the hardest part of my day this evening!!
    Just popped into tesco and bought a loaf of best of both bread some eggs and a packet of french fancies im so excited for tomorrow planning my fried egg sandwich and i cant wait for it. The frnch fancies were reduced as well so who am i to say no.
    Its seems so crackers to have a day eating normally without guilt tomorrow i can not remember the last day i ate whatever i wanted and didnt feel guilty so strange!!!!

    This diet rocks, I'm on week 3, the dd are dead easy now and I'm calming down on the ups, every day was a different take-away, need to.maybe get back to some home cooking...well done on the bargain French fancies and keep up the good work, our dd is nearly over

    Wow fantastic day really wow did my food shop and was feeling overwhelmed with choice really knowing it was completely acceptable to look at and choose any food item in the gigantic supermarket that took my fancy, i honestly can not remember the last time i was able to that and it felt liberating i could see others lingering around the ww brand sections checking food info and i was thinking thats usually me checking cals and wondering if i could possibly justify buying this for myself without feeling guilty.

    Also i've noticed how i dont feel the need to binge because its not like how i normally feel with a binge ( eat as much as you can before you start feeling guilty and your diet that you will be on forever starts again ) so refreshing!! I dont think oh finishing this bag of chocs or this even tho ur full n feel sick because u wont get to eat them again i just think mmm i can save them till my next up day.

    I know I have half a packet of minstrells in the freezer yum. Well had great indulgent weekend manged to go in laws for tea which I had been putting off because worried about eating there and I enjoyed all of it majorly!!! However I can honestly say I am looking forward to a DD tomorrow my little pot belly needs a break hehe. So thats it all my eating has been done until about 35 hrs time.

    I would like to eventually be able to do a fast having nothing whatsoever apart from water. But I will not put that pressure on myself on just my second DD hubby is also having a down day tomorrow so will see how it goes. I have eaten too much this weekend but I know it will nont continue when I get used to been able to eat what I want and it is no longer a novelty and I refuse to CC on my up days because then every day is a diet and for me that would defeat the whole object of joining JUDDD, also I dont trust myself not too go to far with them and they stop being enjoyable.

    So will report back tomorrow will progress of DD
