I have finally decided to actually give JUDDD a go. It was my first day today and I started with a down day. I've checked on the website and my DD cals are 406 and my UD cals are 2028.
I did a VLCD (Slim and Save) for 12 weeks, then had a 2 week break and then I got back on plan and did it for another 4 weeks but gave up on the 28th July... I have been off plan ever since. During my time on Slim and Save I lost 39.25 lb and for the last 4 ish weeks on plan I was skipping a pack, tut tut... mainly because I'm a slower loser and was desperate to lose the lbs I regained on my 2 week break.
Anyway after being off plan for 2 months I knew I needed to restart before I regained all the weight I lost. The thing is I couldn't face the thought of not being able to eat anything, be so restricted and grumpy all the time. The thought of restarting a VLCD did not please me at all.
I'm planning on giving JUDDD a try for at least 4 weeks if I can. I'm also going to be doing alternate days so no doubles for me for now anyway.
If it doesn't work out for me then I'll have to go back to the dreaded VLCD.
So my start weight for this diary is 14st 3.25 lb / 199.25 lb

Looking forward to my UD tomorrow because I'm feeling rather hungry and my tummy keeps rumbling. I'm sure I'll get used to it though. If I can do a VLCD then I can handle a DD every other day.
