    Mom2Ben's 5:2 Diary :)

    Hi everyone,

I have wanted to attempt JUDDD for ages but I was a stay at home mum and found it too hard to fast being at home all day and with kids! I have started a part-time job so am hoping this will take my mind off of food on DDs.

Today was a down day and it wasn't too bad. I've decided to have 600 on DDs and I am going to try and control my UDs to about 1800. I'm also going to make M, W and F my DDs and UDs the rest of the week.

    So food today was:

    Breakfast
    Wholemeal Toast - 92
    Baked Beans - 81

    Lunch
    3 Ryvitas - 105
    50g Light Philly - 78

    Dinner
WW Chicken Hot Pot - 226

    TOTAL - 582

I think I am going to go to bed early so I am not tempted to eat anymore

Hi everyone, I am back to give IF another try! I have battled sticking to anything over the past few months and I feel as if I am obsessed with food at the moment. I am hoping that I won't feel as deprived dieting only 2 days a week!

I started with a down day today (hoping to do DDs on a Mon and Thurs)

    Diary

    Lunch
Crackers with marmite and cheese 371 calories
    Snacks
Chicken thigh (meat only) 50 calories
    4 x Rich Tea Biscuits 152 calories

    Total - 572 calories

I need to be better prepared for my next DD but I am pleased I managed to get under 600 calories
