    Leanne's Judd Diary (5 to 5)....

    Hey, been Judding on and off for a couple of weeks, but have now started afresh, giving "hannah's way" a go! Started on Tuesday, fasting from 5pm to 5pm. So my 2nd fast day ends today at 5pm, then double ups for the weekend, until next fast day begins 5pm sun!

    So this fast day I have had:

    187 mls wine (last night) - 130 cals
    65 mls skimmed milk - 22 cals
    crab sticks (wholle pack) - 210 cals
    salad leaves - 20 cals
    dressing - 35 cals

    TOTAL 417 cals

    Looking forward to dinner at a friends tonight to start off my UD

    PS not weighing til sometime next week as dont want to be put off, as had a big eating week before the fresh start x

    Hey, I started my post weekend fast at 5pm today, but have already spent 203 cals on wine ...very silly girl!!! So do I.....

    a) write off tonight and go back to fasting whole alternate days? however going away fri - sun, so this will only mean fasting mon and wed - not enough!!!!

    b) fast all day tomorrow then get bk on it 5 pm tues? this will mean fasting 5pm tues til 5pm wed, having a big meal then fasting all day thurs b4 going away first thing fri am.

    c) get a grip and carry on fasting like i should be til 5pm tomorrow? This is feeling impossible at the mo, but i am just being weak!

    HEEEEELP (please)

    Ok so I went with option B which means I'm fasting all day today then eating half of tomorrow.

    So far so good today, have only had a hobnobs medley bar, a cup of tea and some diet come, soooo as long as I can resist when feeding the kids I look after their tea I can have..... A square wrap pizza for dinner when I get home yay!!!!!

    warburtons square wrap 159
    30g mozzarella 90
    2tbsp salsa 15
    2 mushrooms 8
    1/2,bag salad 13

    total 285 and is one of my fave meals.... Not bad for a DD, MUST RESIST TIL THEN!!!!!!
