    im hoping this works for me like its worked for you. I have done VLCD (exante) and I too find it so easy having a 500 cal down day knowing I can have a 2000 cal up day just round the corner.

    Had the most amazing 5 course meal last night (and ate a coconut Kitkat Chunky before bed) and I am still 10st 1.5lb! I love JUDDD

    I am going to stick with alternates again this week and, indeed, for the foreseeable as long as my social life permits. I would like to continue with it until I get to 9st 10st. Then I'll see if I am happy at that weight. If I am, I will start to add more up days into the mix and work out what pattern I need to follow for maintenance.

    Thankfully, this week, I have a couple of days where I'll be working from home so that makes it easier to schedule in my c25k runs so I'll have week 8 in the bag by Saturday too x

    I'm seriously considering JUDDD well I keep telling myself I do but I've been learning to handle my hunger first and I've kind of a plan of action. Do you do alternate days? Have you any advice for a beginner or could you do me a rough guide to one of your typical weeks?
