    Thank you. Yes I've calculated mine. It's hard to work out the cos my exercise varies from flat out to coach potato...depending on the workload that week. I'm not discipline enough to do a fasting window on UD's. xx

    Hope the Fast 5 works for you...I would love to do it but I just don't see how I could fit it into my lifestyle. Anyway so far JUDDD has worked for me so I ought to stick with it..I mean with everything that has been going on lately I would normally be happily putting it back on...and I'm not...so good luck..I will watch with interest!

    It's going well - calorie wise I only had 883 which for a Saturday night that included vodka and diet coke was good. Glad you are losing. I've sts but its early days and totm.

    The eating window sounds ace, but concearned will end up shooting my metabolism. I normally get around 1,000 in the evening after a down day 5-5 ... Hmm

    I'm gonna try anyway, I'm maintaining ok, lost a pound last week from stress!!

    Let's give it a whirl .... Think one if the papers is doing a pull out on 5:2 tomorrow....gonna take a look

    I was going to have about 2,000 with a slightly longer window and cut back to 1000 ish during the week. At the moment I am having between 800- and 1000 on a weekday

    It's not suppose to do anything to the metabolism but I've forgot the science of why. It's something along the lines of the metabolism speeds up VERY briefly in response to eating food but is insignificant as it goes to normal as soon as the food is eaten.
