Starkissed's juddding herself to goal: take two!

Hello everyone, I tried juddding for a week or so back in the summer, I lost 4lbs in the first week but fell off the rails. I have been on and off trying to restrict since and i can always manage it for a few days....However then cave in and feel like I have failed if I go over on points/cals depending on what plan I'm doing :( so I feel juddding might be ideal for me as I can restrict but next day can have any food I crave. If this works for me I will be so happy as it really sounds like the perfect diet, if there is such a thing out there...ha!

Anyways I weighed myself yesterday @ 11 stone 7.2lbs after a few days of gluttony :/ Being 5ft 5 I would ideally like to be around 10 stone 4lbs so a loss of around 17lbs is needed. I'm planning on doing alternate days at the beginning anyway and see how I fare that way. Using the usual intake of 500cals on down days and aiming not to count up days...trying to be balanced on these ie, not binging on takeaways and chocolate. If this starts happening I will have to count!

So today was day one and I started on a down day...

1 Turkish delight muller light 91cals
1 330ml coke zero tin 1cal
1 options hot chocolate 38cals
2 flumps 60cals
1 weight watchers chicken curry meal 306cals
Total 496cals

So today is an up day yet I kinda feel abit strange about it all. Last night I was literally so so hungry, I wanted to eat anything and everything around me!!! I couldn't wait to get breakfast. Fast forward to this morning and the hunger was gone :/ I haven't really fancied any major naughty food and haven't over ate at all!

So far today has been like this...:

Breakfast: soda bread with flora, mint humbug and chocolate lime sweet (weird breakfast choice I know..)
Lunch: sandwich with white bread, tin tuna in spring water and about 15g grated cheese, bag of walkers baked crisps


For dinner I'm having some beef stew, and have some popcorn and haribo for snacks later, if this pans out like this il be amazed considering last night I was salvating at my boyfriend eating a chocolate before bed! However still conscience of the fact that I need to get a good decent calorie swing before my down day tomorrow...

15 lbs in 2 weeks. That's even more than when I was on SW. I'm expecting it it slow now tho. I do DD's from 5 pm - 5 pm cos I cannot sleep hungry and have something to eat before my DD starts and then tea after it ends. I don't eat at all on Dd now. I have counted UD but my calories were consistently around 1,500 - 20000 so I've stopped now. My first DD I had the shakes, dizzy...the lot and felt awful but I find them easy now. Secret is to keep up fluids :) xx

Wow that's amazing! Yeah I'm awful with drinking water need to get it chugged tomorrow! Yeah I suspect it gets easier after each down day, if I'm working it distracts me so a lot easier not eat. Tomorrow I'm 1-9 so il hopefully not eat anything until my break at around 5.15 and I should be fuller for bed time! Got a night out on Saturday and thankfully it's an up day so excited for guilt free drinkies :) xx

I like the idea of the split days, makes it seem a bit more liveable! Might have to give it ago after the two weeks alternating..I never really feel crappy when I don't eat a lot mainly the embarrassing tummy rumbles are my issue ha! Xx
 
So today's up day #1 has ended on the following food being munched:

Breakfast: soda bread flora, 1 mint humbug, 1 chocolate like sweetie
Lunch: tuna sandwich with 15g cheese, bag walkers baked crisps
Dinner: 1 small bowl stew which has few cubes stewing beef, some potato, stock and veg
Snacks: some strawberry angel delight<3 some butterkist sweet popcorn, haribo star mix and some pineappleade

Quite a yummy day although feel full after my snacks....def think I managed the 2000cals!!!

All ready and excited for tomorrow's down day!
 
Down day #2 complete and it went surprisingly easier! Not hungry really at all....food wise ending on a total of 483cals:

3 sultana & apple go ahead slices: 150cals (before work at 1pm)
Coke zero 1 cals, Turkish delight muller 91cals, kp mini chip crisps 176cals (5.30pm)
Options mint choc hot chocolate 36cals, flump 30cals!(after work at 9.30pm)

Had a sneaky wi tonight and saw 11stone 6.4 so a little movement, hopefully making a little progress :) looking forward to tomorrow's up day :D

Today has been a goooood up day :)

Breakfast: nil :/
Lunch: half a cafe nero toaste with caffe mocha w/ whipped cream and slice lemon cheesecake
Dinner: 2 apple pancakes with butter and a ambrosia rhubarb crumble pud with pepsi max
Supper: half a pot of stew glass of 50% sugar tropicana

Hope I'm eating enough. Though cant stomach more as have terrible totm pains and feel ill :(
Hope I can manage down day tomorrow with bad totm!
 
Thanks ladies! Actually saw 11stone 4.4 this morning after yesterday's up :/ strange but not complaining. Today is another up, wasn't meant to be but after a cafe Nero carmelatte with whipped cream, a toastie and Lemon cheesecake for breakfast/brunch (was out last night....ha..) I think it's safe to say its an up. Plus OH is making us ribeye steak, chunky chips, tobacco onions and peppercorn sauce for dinner YUM!!!!!!!

So tomorrow I except to see a gain :( really interested in this approach of timed fasts a lot of people on here are doing but I still want good weightloss, it would make it easier but il have to have a think!
 
Eeek been bad last few days... Went for a few days to Manchester with OH and since have just ate crap like there is no tomorrow! No social plans/trips planned for a while now...well until valentines day meal which I can deal with nearer the time. Back to alternating tomorrow...hello down day! Il weigh in tomorrow too eeek dreading seeing to damage!!!
