Hi all
I'm going to do my 1st fast day tomorrow. I've got a stone to lose. How are you all finding it? I've been looking around & seen some good results!
 
part of me is thinking thank god I don't need to think about making my lunch tomorrow. The other part feels a little panicky!

Welcome! It's really not that bad - so don't panic :) just take it one day at a time - if you're hungry tomorrow, you'll live and you can eat on Tuesday!!

Hello. Good luck with your weight loss. Are you doing proper fasts on your down days and how many downs/ups are you planning? I started JUDDD at the end of November to get me through the festive period. I was doing double down days and all sorts. Now doing strict alternates for a fortnight and maybe longer depending on results. x
 
Thank you welshmamma! Are you literally doing 500 cals 2 days and 2000 the rest?

Hiya, my cals were 2300 on an up and 478 on a down. If you go on JUDD website there is a calculator that will give you exact cals.
On saying that I do not count my ups, and my downs are never 400 cals as I try to not eat x x
I'm sure if your sticking by 500 2000 as a guide you will be fine xxxx good luck x
 
Hi all, so far so good! I'm hoping to last until this eve on hot drinks. This week I intend to do mon & thurs. Hope you are all doing really well. People are starting to think about lunch here!

I'm doing ok, thanks for asking! I've been enjoying an UD today! I'm a bit worried I might have indulged too much. I'll see what Friday's weigh-in brings. I'm planning a DD tomorrow. Can't wait for it to be 2nd nature, if that ever happens? How are you getting on?

I over did my UDs on my first try of this diet (before xmas) - so this time I'm a little more controlling! Doing ok thanks - DD today, so glad it's almost bed time! :)

Thanks Sharon, I lost 1lb. Bit dissapointed if i'm honest but not mega surprised. Need to be in control on UD's I think. Going to relax (not too much) for the weekend & give it another go on monday & thurs next week. How are you getting on?
