3 stone to go with juddd

Hi everyone I'm starting juddd as I feel this is the plan for me, I followed a vlcd earlier lost year I lost 3stone but gained 2 of it back and have struggled to get back in the plan, I can easily stick to 3 days in a row if just shakes so a dd followed by normal eating the next hopefully should be easy enough for me.

I weighed in at 13stone1lb this morning and am aiming to lose 2lbs a week and if I can meet that I will be almost 10stone by my birthday in July!

I ate around 840 calories today which consisted of 2 boiled eggs, a chocolate s&s shake, 2 small chicken breasts cooked in a BBQ chicken maggi juicy bag with sweet potato wedges., cauliflower and carrots. I think I'm going to have an up day tomorrow but not sure yet.

I'm really looking forward to this week and for my first weigh in :-)

Hey shadow12 and welcome to JUDDD . IMO it's an awesome WOE. I've also previously done a VLCD but muchhh prefer JUDDD. The losses may be slower but you aren't restricted or deprived of certain foods.
Total weight lost so far: 45.¼ lb (25.¼ lb on JUDDD and 20 lb on Slim & Save)
Total weight left to lose: 27 lb

    My Diary

Started JUDDD on 1st October 2012 weighing 14st 3.¼ lb
Weight lost in Oct 2012: 10.¾ lb (13st 6.5 lb)
Weight lost in Nov 2012: 3.¾ lb (13st 2.¾ lb)
    Weight lost in Dec 2012 (1st - 24th): 2.¾ lb (13st 0 lb)

Had 10 days off plan over Christmas: Didn't weigh myself to find out how much I gained.
    Weight lost in Jan 2013 (4th - 31st): 4 lb (12st 10 lb)
Weight lost in Feb 2013: 2 lb (12st 8 lb)
    15/03/13: -1.¼ lb (12st 6.¾ lb)
    23/03/13: -0.¾ lb (12st 6 lb)

    Start weight & size: 15st 9.¼ lb, size 22-24
Current weight & size: 12st 6 lb, size 16-18 (18 is loose, 16 still slightly clingy)
    Goal weight & size: 10st 7 lb, size 14

    Thank you :-) I really enjoyed the first time I did s&s a d didn't slip
Once from plan in 12 weeks but this time it's a different story! I still have a month of packs left if I feel I need to try it for a week for a boost of loss whilst on judd but il be happy with 2lbs a week if I can hit that x

Just been on the actual Johnson website and the calculator puts me at 389 for a DD and 1945 for a UD.

I think 389 is a tad to low for me starting out so will aim for 500 on DD and 1800 on UD.

I also think the 500 cals on DD's is a good idea to get you going. Once you get into the swing of it you can have a go at lowering to your juddd calculator allowance if you want to that is. Some DD's I want to eat my own arm, so I allow myself up to 450 sometimes even 500 and doesn't seem to cause me any problems x

Thanks I have let yesterday go and won't be repeating it again!

Haven't eaten yet but have changed my plan for dinner this evening, I'm just have a microwave meal for one chicken biryani, it is t a diet one but its only 327cals and a huge portion, I'm going to save that until after I put my daughter to bed around 7 ish and have enough calories left for some Melba toast and Philly late if I feel I need it before.

I think the key is for me is to plan my food ahead so I know what I'm having and when so I don't end up grazing on crap all day!

I find it easier not to eat at all on DD's or one thing leads to another I only do a straight 24 hours tho - from 5pm til 5 pm. I hate going to bed hungry and that way I don't.

I'm going to try alternate days before I consider 5-5 or anything like that but I know on alternate days I couldn't go all day without anything.

You've had great losses but would you say you've had better losses doing it that way with the full 24 hour fasts?
