Hi everyone I'm starting juddd as I feel this is the plan for me, I followed a vlcd earlier lost year I lost 3stone but gained 2 of it back and have struggled to get back in the plan, I can easily stick to 3 days in a row if just shakes so a dd followed by normal eating the next hopefully should be easy enough for me.
I weighed in at 13stone1lb this morning and am aiming to lose 2lbs a week and if I can meet that I will be almost 10stone by my birthday in July!
I ate around 840 calories today which consisted of 2 boiled eggs, a chocolate s&s shake, 2 small chicken breasts cooked in a BBQ chicken maggi juicy bag with sweet potato wedges., cauliflower and carrots. I think I'm going to have an up day tomorrow but not sure yet.
I'm really looking forward to this week and for my first weigh in :-)

. IMO it's an awesome WOE. I've also previously done a VLCD but muchhh prefer JUDDD. The losses may be slower but you aren't restricted or deprived of certain foods. 


I only do a straight 24 hours tho - from 5pm til 5 pm. I hate going to bed hungry and that way I don't.
