I am interested in starting JUDD, I have around three stone to loose. Im trying to find my feet around the diet but when I put my details in the calculator on the website it says I should eat 2015 calories on my up days but only 403 on my down ones, does this sound right to you or am I just being a numpty and got it wrong? Sounds fine. There is a big difference in the days, that's how it works. I do 500 (ish) on a down day and 2000 on an up day.
Most people are fine with 500 on a down day
