Right have been totally not good since Easter can you believe but am ready now to get stuck in again. Will have a DD tomorrow and weigh Monday, bit nervous of that tbh!!
Suffer with facet joint arthritis in my lower back and do use that as an excuse not to exercise as walking, standing etc do cause pain. I have , however, decided to start walking home from work when it isnt raining (about 30 mins) for health reasons and also to see if maybe in the long term it helps with the poor old back...we shall see.
Good luck to all and please keep your fingers crossed I havent gained all the weight I had previously lost!!
 
Hi jacci welcome back . The first few fasts are hard but I bet you will do well.

The boards are super quiet but trying really hard to post a lot to get some momentum to them. I just came back a few weeks to fasting starting with 5/2 but moved to 3/4 and hoping to do 2 weeks of ad f to give me a push
 
Welcome back Jacci, as DN says it's super quiet around here at the moment, but I'm still here hanging around, good luck getting back on the JUDDD bus xxx
 
Well DD today and all ok...got a bit of a head but Im sure I can cope with that !! Im going to do alternate days as that is what I feel better doing and weigh in tomoz.....that should be very interesting.

Off the topic totally, I got the bargain of the year today...I bought a Nicole Farhi coat in a charity shop for 19.99.....very very chuffed indeed!!

Those early day heads are a pain ( pun intended) good luck for weigh in and just remember it is just a number . A start number soon to be lower :)

Nice work on your bargain coat. My friend at work always finds some brilliant stuff in charity shops, she seems to have a natural flair for it. I never find anything! Your first day back on the wagon is nearly over, well done. And good luck on weigh in tomorrow.
 
Well day one and I do believe my tummy isnt as bloated as it was yesterday!! Little things please me...mind you I wish my tummy was a little thing!!

Im sure mine is a happier tummy.....one day last week I ate a fair bit shall we say and it hurt like hell afterwards, I think its had enough of being stuffed tbh!

Thanks LW and DN...I was very surprised with that so hope my weigh in tomoz is a nice one!! Have had a very nice DD today so fingers crossed!!
