What's on the menu today?

Okay so I have decided to start the JUDDD diet. I know for some starting the week before xmas seems stupid. But personally I dont want to keep eating poorly for a week before xmas and make possibly even more damage. So...I have started on a down day. Today my menu looks like this.

Fruit teas 5kcal per brew. So 25...30.

Breakfast two manderins which I rounded up to 40 kals each.

Dinner: slimmer soup 50kcals and a manderin 40 kcals

Tea: three fish fingers 150 kcals (ended up not having the fish fingers)
Zero noodles 16kcals
100 g Broccoli 50 kcals

Plus ill have a cup of tea before bed with skimmed milk.

And fizzy water.
This should take me to 442 kcals


On the menu tomorrow 1, 000 kcals.

Well my 500 kcal day went well.
I must admit - I feel quite satisfied.
Love the thought of having kind of what I want with in limits...no more only 2 slices of bread a day (nimble on other diets) No more - you must not eat these together....No more - What can I have for tea.....no more certain named branded ready meals for tea...
More of eating like a normal person.
No more thinking I am on a diet.
And weighing myself gets me down...so no more scales for the time being.
 
Well due to a middle of the night family hospital crisis. I have struggled to eat today. Had three teas and one coffee. Managed to eat two slices of nimble bread 110 kcals and two light laughing cows 50 kcals and french onion soup which is 140 kcals for the lot but I only managed 3/4.

So much for my 1, 000 kcals day.
 
Struggling to eat again today. On diet vimto 2 small cups and a 50kcal cup of soup. Try and have twa later....:(
 
Had pasnips and zero noodles last night for tea.
Today.....
Had a 50kcal cuppa soup and zero noodles and parsnips. Cup of tea and thre 5 kcal teas.
 
Well, I love this way of eating. Sat in Whetherspoons knowing my calorie allowence and looking for something I fancy. Rather than panicking about what to eat incase its wrong.
 
How are you getting on? I hope you are managing to eat nutritionally. You don't say how much you want to lose but for most people it is a marathon not a sprint and so you need to look after yourself! I know you have had a difficult week but you seem to be eating very little. Hope all is well now.
 
Hey all...everything is normal now. I have managed to eat since....and a lot over Christmas. Now I am back on the 5:2 and doing well. I have just been too busy to post my menus on here.

Yesturday was a normal day, I had porridge (100) and banana and at lunch I had laughing cow dippers (102) and a banana. An apple for a snack and a good for you curry (450) with 200kcal popadoms and 56 kals of mango chuckney. Two marangs (46 each) bag of naughts anx crosess (88 top of head) mango. Kiwi. Yeah I had a pretty good day. Worked out about 1, 300 ish.

Well today I am on a fast day

So far just 2kcals consumed. Might have zero noodles for tea with tomatoes.
 
So...I have opted for roasted parsnips and butternut squash with zero noodles turned into egg fried rice. Total of 371 kcals. Love zero noodles 16 kcals of awesomeness. . .
 
So on another dd day due to a chicken fest saturday. So today I have got by on green tea and fasted for 23 hours.

Had a Warburton thin (how good are they!!) 100 kcals and chicken and stuffing 71 kcals with a bag of naughts and crosses 88. Going to have an apple now. Roughly 60. So that is 319.
 
Need to upate this more. Had three fast days at 500 and a mid day at 1.000. Today I am on a 1, 500 ish day.

Got a pamper weekend so not as likely to over do it as I will be surrounded by people I do not know...obviously I know some. I tend to incoporate fasting as well...leave it 20-22 hours between eating mon to friday. Might have to change this though. See how it goes xx
 
Another 1.5 lb off. I am now 11.9.5! It is looking good for my pair of super dry shorts! I told myself that when I get to a reasonable weight to get away with super dry shorts on holiday I will purchase them. Silly I know...but ooooo how exciting :)

Lost another 1 lb today making me 11.8.5lb I have lost 1\2 stone in 5 week. Could be a pound or two more as I did not weigh myself the day I started my diet...doh.
 
Wow....well, the scales shocked me today! Lost 2lb - well a 1lb 3/4 and its that TOTM - I am shocked....so happy on this 'lifestyle' change...it is not a diet to me...first time ever that I have thought this in my life. I do not feel restricted or anything...love juddd.

So, now I weigh 11.6 3/4
