Okay so I have decided to start the JUDDD diet. I know for some starting the week before xmas seems stupid. But personally I dont want to keep eating poorly for a week before xmas and make possibly even more damage. So...I have started on a down day. Today my menu looks like this.
Fruit teas 5kcal per brew. So 25...30.
Breakfast two manderins which I rounded up to 40 kals each.
Dinner: slimmer soup 50kcals and a manderin 40 kcals
Tea: three fish fingers 150 kcals (ended up not having the fish fingers)
Zero noodles 16kcals
100 g Broccoli 50 kcals
Plus ill have a cup of tea before bed with skimmed milk.
And fizzy water.
This should take me to 442 kcals
On the menu tomorrow 1, 000 kcals.
