Well today I have started my fasting weight loss journey, feeling positive about it so that has to be a good thing! I stepped on the scales this morning after a particularly bad weekend filled with alcohol, pizza and chocolate and am weighing in at 14st 11lb which wasn't a massive shock after the last week! I really want to try and get myself down to about 11st as I think that is a maintainable weight for me! I am going to be using slim and save packs on my fasting days and trying to stick to 1900-2000 calories on my non fast days and also work some 30 day shred exercise in there too. So here's to a new me!!!
