50 day commitment challenge

The lovely Weebuns had an idea to do a 50 day challenge & Kitt & myself jumped on the wagon so not sure what we are doing but guess it's suck it & see...

For me I want to lose 5lbs & commit to proper exercise at least 3 times a week (Zumba/class/workout DVD)

Excellent! I want to commit to staying on plan for those 50 days and losing something (anything!) every week. Not going to set the bar any higher than that...
 
I'm in too! I commit to having at least 2 fast days per week and keeping my cals within tdee other days ( excluding my birthday and Eldests birthday ) but those weeks will be 3 fasts. Xxx
 
Fasting again today and came under my tdee yesterday , I'm on track. Birthday is tomorrow so I will be naughty but will fast again Friday. Xxx
 
I had a good day yesterday too around 1500 cals but no Zumba as not feeling well. Today I'm out for tea with a friend so as long as I come in around tdee I'm happy
 
Well done kitty.

I came in at under 1600 as tea out was cancelled, may fast tomorrow will see how I feel in the morning
 
Here to subscribe :) My challenge is to stay on plan for 50 days. Fast Monday, Wednesday and Friday and no binging on UDs...proper meals and a couple of snacks. Also no alcohol...or chocolate :eek: I'm doing it from the 4th of November till weigh in on Christmas eve. So 2 successful days down..only 48 to go :cross:

Wow that's a challenge & a half but if anyone can do it you can x
 
Good fast yesterday & as I'm sure you heard me all scream officially hit target today but I want to lose another 4lb so I have a buffer
