    So what are our aims? I thought this might be a nice thread to look back over the year...

    Ok well I want to get to 10:4 & maintain within 3lb of that & also do run a 10k by the end of the year, my 40th birthday year. First 5k in May... Also life in general I want to be tidier, finally make the beautiful spare room I planned a year ago reality & learn to appreciate what I have a lot more....

    Good idea! In 2015 I'd like to hit goal just once, even if I just bounce off :-) Realistically that will be later in the year.
