Well I want to get to 10:7 & maintain within 3lb of that & also do run a 10k by the end of the year, my 40yh birthday year. First 5k in May
Good idea! In 2015 I'd like to hit goal just once, even if I just bounce off :-) Realistically that will be later in the year.
