Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

Hi there here's a very filling soup for a DD day this is no watery job it's thick and yummy and very satisfying. Look at my chefy picture the marjoram is in flower so I had to :D

And here's the ingredients and recipe, Total calories 237 serves 2 big 500 ml portions, or 4 small 250 ml portions adjust to suit but you wont be able to stop at one cup

Chop onion and and peppers and lightly fry in some one cal spray
Add the tinned tomatoes, 400 ml water(to wash can out), chicken stock pot and simmer until your lentils are cooked (15-20 min)
Blitz in a blender until smooth add salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy :D
 
Glad you liked it Louise and you know what? cayenne pepper is in the actual recipe but I left it our as I know not many people like spicy.
 
Wow cool..didnt know that..I love spicy foods..the cayenne did the job nicely. Thanks for posting this it has become a firm favourite now.
